Our stay at Sunnyvale was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and the funfair at Barry Island. We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach even in November, thanks to the lucky weather. The views over the bay were truly spectacular.

I highly recommend Sunnyvale for anyone looking for a beautiful house in a great location. Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as the lack of a washing line and an information pack, they did not detract from the wonderful experience we had.

The first-floor back bedroom is particularly impressive, providing a favorite view for guests. the property includes useful facilities such as a dishwasher and washing machine.

Some guests mentioned that the floors and table were a bit sticky, possibly due to cleaning products used.

SunnyVale provided us with the perfect space for our group during a difficult time. My partner and I had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The location couldn't have been better, with a short walk to the beach and stunning views over the bay. The spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, and accommodating facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, having a dishwasher and washing machine in the house was an added convenience. We're already planning our next trip back!

The bunk bed in one of the rooms was a bit wobbly, but luckily my partner was able to fix it with an allen key.

We felt like we got great value for our money at Sunnyvale Villa. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well furnished for our group of six adults. The central location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and the amusement park. The staff, especially Craig, were helpful and provided excellent recommendations for our stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if there were more options for halal food nearby. We were able to find a nearby Asda to get breakfast essentials, but it would have been convenient to have halal places within walking distance.

Our stay at Sunnyvale Villa was exactly what we needed for our group ahead of a close family member's funeral. The villa provided us with the spaciousness we desired, allowing us to have time to ourselves on the three floors, and then come together on the open-plan ground floor. The location was perfect, with the ability to walk to both 'The Island' and Jackson's Bay, providing fun activities for everyone. The house comfortably accommodates a large group and is well-furnished and equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Craig was also very helpful with recommendations.
